Dena Bank – Online Complaint Form

Besides the regular methods, Dena Bank also provides an online form to register your complaints. By just filling the required details in the form you can submit your complaints directly to the bank.

The ‘Online Complaint’ form is available in the bank’s website under the ‘Customer Care’ > ‘Customer Helpdesk’ page.

The mandatory fields in the form include your personal details, branch name, complaint category, products/services, nature of complaint, and details of the complaint.

Once you fill the required fields, click ‘Submit’ to register your complaint. An automatic complaint number or ticket number will be generated by the system acknowledging your complaint. Retain the same for all future references. You can use the same number to track the status of your application using the ‘View Status’ option available under the same page.

All the complaints received online will be tracked at Bank’s Head Office for immediate redressal.

Dena Bank has grievance redressal mechanism to provide prompt and efficient service to any kind of customer complaints and grievances. The system ensures prompt redressal of all sorts of issues/concerns related to the bank’s products/services. It further helps the bank to identify any sort of shortcomings in their service delivery and product features.

Step:1 – If you have any kind of grievance related to Dena Bank’s products/services, you can call the bank’s customer helpline to raise the complaint.

Step:2 – If you haven’t received resolution from the representative, you can approach the Branch Manager directly.
