Blocking of Credit Card
In the case of loss or theft, you will need to block your axis credit card to avoid any kind of fraudulent transactions done. After your card is blocked, you can request for your card to be replaced. The account number will remain the same, however, the card details will change.

Level 1: Queries, Complaint, and Request Redressal

Level 2: Writing to a Nodal Officer

Level 3: Writing to the Principal Nodal Officer
