In case of credit card theft: If you discover that your credit card has been stolen, please call the customer care helpline to report the loss of your card. Alternatively, you can log in to your HDFC credit card net banking account and block the card.
In case of your credit card getting blocked: If your card has been blocked, it cannot be reactivated. Your best course of action is to request for a replacement card. You can do this by speaking to a customer care executive, via net banking, or by downloading the concerned form, filling it, and sending it by post to the following address:

HDFC Credit Card Grievance Redressal
If your concerns aren’t resolved/addressed by the bank’s customer care officials, you can write to the Grievance Redressal Officer. To do so, you can fill out and submit the Grievance Redressal form (found on the bank’s website).

HDFC Nodal Office Contact Details
If your concern isn’t adequately addressed by the Grievance Redressal Officer, you can approach the Principal Nodal Officer by sending an email, calling, or writing to them. You should ideally receive a response within 10 working days.
To send an email, follow these steps:
- Visit HDFC’s customer care page.

- Select the area of operation. Once you do this, a complaint form will open up. You can fill in the details and send it to the concerned Nodal Officer.
