  2. You will get an acknowledgement from the service provider upon receipt of the SMS.
  3. You will then get a call-back from the Customer Service Department.
  4. Once you have explained your grievance, it will be forwarded to the relevant office or branch via an email.
  5. The office or branch will address the grievance and send an email with details of the resolution to resolution@andhrabank.co.in on the same day.
  6. You will receive the status of your grievance within 48 hours. This will be intimated to you by the Customer Service Department, Head Office.

The Ombudsman scheme was introduced with the aim of enabling a resolution of all complaints of the customers related to services that are offered by the banks. This also facilitates satisfaction and settlement of all complaints of the customers.
